promouvoir l'éducation à destination notamment du grand public et des scolaires, sensibiliser le grand public au monde apicole, former à l'apiculture à destination des apiculteurs débutants ainsi que proposer une formation continue à destination des apiculteurs déjà formés, favoriser le développement de la recherche en ce domaine, dynamiser et favoriser le développement de l'apiculture dans la région, favoriser le maintien et le développement de la biodiversité dans la région, notamment en travaillant sur l'écotype régional «abeille noir», mais aussi en ce qui concerne les plantes sauvages et les insectes auxiliaires
