Objet :

créer, organiser et représenter des spectacles vivants culturels et historiques de qualité sous toutes ses formes avec production phonographique et audiovisuelle et gestion des droits afférents en relation avec l'objet principal, elle contribuera ainsi à dynamiser et mettre en valeur le patrimoine culturel et historique, participera à l'essor du développement touristique et économique local et régional pour promouvoir l'image du département et de la région, pour faciliter les réalisations de son objet, l'association pourra en cas de besoin être en liaison avec d'autres associations pour activer et valoriser un projet artistique commun, elle pourra également développer d'autres animations spécifiques en utilisant les moyens suivants : réunions, conférences... et toutes autres actions visant à renforcer son objet
