soutenir, informer et accompagner les familles confrontées ou s'intéressant aux lésions cérébrales de type leucomalacie périventriculaire, à la paralysie cérébrale ou plus généralement au handicap moteur dans le monde ; l'association sur les pas de noam est actuellement la seule association française prenant en charge cette pathologie et se veut centre de référence et de proposition en ce domaine ; les ressources de l'association peuvent financer des soins non pris en charge, organiser des stages ou conférences, acheter du matériel mis à disposition des adhérents, faire de la recherche ou de poursuivre tout objectif voté en assemblée générale les adhésions, dons, parrainages, collecte, produits des ventes, bénéfices des évènements et manifestations organisés servent au fonctionnement de l'association et à aider les personnes bénéficiaires afin de leur permettre une plus grande autonomie et un meilleur confort de vie
