rassembler des adeptes et amateurs de course à pied de la ville de Curgies et de ses alentours, afin de pratiquer seul ou en groupe ce sport dans un contexte de loisirs, voire de préparation à certaines compétitions de course pédestre ; créer des liens permanents entre ces amateurs de course à pied, et les autres associations de la région poursuivant le même but ; favorise les rencontres afin de pratiquer aussi en sécurité ; organiser toutes manifestations propres à propager le goût de la course à pied ; permettre toutes activités et toutes nécessités tendant au développement de la pratique de la course à pied ; mettre en avant le patrimoine du village et ses alentours
