Maison construite en 1913 pour Le Prince, équilibriste de cirque. La structure est en bois, matériau utilisé pour des édifices construits à titre précaire dans les zones non-aedificandi autour des objectifs militaires. D'après la tradition orale, le nom Villa Moscovite, porté en cartouche au-dessus de l'entrée, serait inspiré par une visite à Dunkerque du tsar Alexandre III. La maison a été agrandie en 1925 d'une construction en béton armé imitant le bois et servant de salle de gymnastique.Classement monument historique :
