Description :	Navire en forme de V très accentué. Quille en fonte de 80 tonnes installée dans la partie inférieure. L'appareil moteur et évaporatoire est établi de façon à donner à ces bateaux une vitesse de 6 noeuds. Des groupes électrogènes alimentent une puissante sirène à air comprimé, une cloche sous-marine actionnée électriquement et un signal de brume hertzien.

Historique :	En septembre 1911, la société des forges et chantiers de la Méditerranée à Graville reçoit du ministère des travaux publics la commande du bateau le Havre II, qui deviendra plus tard le Dyck. Lors de la Première Guerre mondiale, le bateau-feu est pris par les allemands. Très éprouvé, il est renfloué à la libération. De janvier 1956 à août 1957, il est renfloué par la société des forges et chantiers de la Méditerranée. La machine à vapeur a été remplacée par un moteur électrique de 140 C. V. Retiré du service le 18 mai 1978, le Dyck est racheté par la ville de Dunkerque le 21/11/1980 (les équipements divers sont démontés avant l'acquisition) et classé au titre objet le 10/02/1988. Exposé à flot jusqu'en 1997. Il est déclassé par arrêté du 19/11/2004. Oeuvre détruite (ferraillé) après son déclassement.
