Description :	Le socle polygonal est en argent. Le visage du saint en bois peint. Les pièces de l'habillement sont en orfèvrerie. La relique est conservée sous un morceau de cristal de roche qui se trouve sous la mitre. Celle-ci est articulée et peut se rabattre.

Historique :	En 1463 Guillaume Fillastre fait faire une châsse pour contenir la relique d'une partie du chef de saint Momelin. Ce travail est exécuté vers 1466-1467. Le visage du saint a été repeint en 1792. Avant de se trouver au presbytère de Watten (depuis 1996), ce buste-reliquaire se trouvait au presbytère de Wulderinghe. Les poinçons sont les mêmes que ceux trouvés sur le reliquaire de sainte Pharaïlde conservé à l'église de Bruay-sur-l'Escaut.
